Claire Ferrari - Managing Director

Claire has over 25 years’ experience of working in adult social care with both private and charitable organisations before she became an independent social care consultant 11 years ago. Claire has an impressive track record of working with the regulator, local authorities, NHS, service providers, managers and staff of adult social care businesses and specialises in Project management, service turnaround, Training and implementation of organisational change.

Claire has played an active role in the Better Security, Better Care project over the past 2 years and continues to engage with providers for the commencement or completion of their DSPT journey.

As the Managing Director of The Care Alliance CNP, Claire is committed to raising awareness of Digital Security in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Northampton areas whilst working in association with the NHS and local councils on this exciting digitisation project. As a consultant in the Adult Care Sector, she is passionate about the delivery of high-quality care delivery, risk management, stakeholder engagement, governance and continuous organisational development. Claire holds master’s degrees in business management and HR she is also an MBTI step 11 practitioner, trainer and coach.

Keith Anscombe – Director and Project Lead

Keith has over 12 years of experience working in the adult social care industry providing management consultation and training services in the areas of environment, health and safety, welfare, security and digital security, working with providers, nominated individuals, managers and staff of all levels.

He has a wealth of knowledge enabling him to provide personally tailored training, information, resources and support to those that want or need it and runs workshops and 1-2-1’s to assist completion of the Digital Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT).
